We work with amazing venues and theaters. But in the rare case that there is an issue with your tickets, please make sure to show them your photo ID (showing the same name that you booked your tickets under) bring a print-out of your ticket confirmation and show it to the person at will call (or show them the confirmation email from your smart phone). Your confirmation should have all the details they need to find you on the correct guest list. If you are denied entry to an event for any reason, please send us a message or all (415) 841-2015.
